American Red Cross - Oregon Trail Chapter - Disaster Action Team (DAT) members are responding to a large fire event in the 4800 block of SW Oleson Road in Portland at an apartment complex. Of 18 units, six are affected. Red Cross volunteers are expected to provide affected residents with food, shelter and clothing to meet their immediate needs.
